SAT·ACT Reading FastLeap

Find the points the clock steals.

Timed practice, then an untimed retry. The difference is your Speed Gap.

STEP 1

Read with the pacer.

Five focused minutes.

STEP 2

Retry without the clock.

Same questions, no timer.

STEP 3

Points lost only to time.

How FastLeap works — details

Each set is a full timed pass first. Then the same questions return without the clock, and every answer that changes is explained: a knowledge gap, or a time gap? Practice targets the time gap first, because those points are already within reach. Reading comes first, with more subjects added over time.

3-Minute Free Diagnostic · No Sign-Up

Find your Speed Gap in 3 minutes.

The FastLeap method in miniature: one short English passage, a timed pass, an untimed retry — and the points the clock is costing you.

You will read one short English passage and answer 4 questions against the clock (110 seconds). Then the same passage appears again with no timer, and you can change any answer. The difference between the two scores is your Speed Gap — points you already know how to earn, lost only to time.

The passage and questions are in English in every language version — English reading is the skill being measured.

FAQ

Questions.

Is this just an AI tool?
No. This is not a generic AI tool. Our AI consultant is designed by Director Philip Sim himself, built on the admissions judgment he has published in 1,335 articles over 16 years. The AI plans each week and tracks progress, and Director Sim personally reviews the key decisions. Students always do their own work.
Do you write essays for students?
Never. We coach ideas, structure, and revision. Students write every word themselves.
Are there live meetings?
No live meetings. Guidance is written and online, on your schedule — questions answered in writing.
How do parents stay informed?
A short weekly summary from your AI consultant: what was done, what's next, and anything needing a parent decision.
What does it cost?
The 3-minute diagnostic is free. The Full Diagnostic Report is $49, fully credited if you enroll in the Annual Roadmap or Senior Program within 30 days. Every price is listed in the table — no hidden fees. Winter and Summer Intensives are in preparation; join the waitlist. FastLeap is free during the pilot.
Is an AI consultant really enough?
EduExcellence's AI consultant is not a generic chatbot. It is built on the judgment of a counselor who has spent 16 years in U.S. college admissions and written 1,335 articles on it — and every family's roadmap is personally reviewed by that same expert at each key step. The AI handles daily guidance and follow-up; experience makes the calls. Student safety comes first. If a student shows signs of serious danger, such as talk of self-harm, the consultant immediately shares crisis helpline numbers and informs parents only that a safety concern has arisen and what kind it is — the student's conversation itself is never shared.
