결제 안내 · How to Pay

EduExcellence의 프로그램 결제는 두 가지 방법으로 하실 수 있습니다. 금액과 상황에 맞는 방법을 천천히 안내해 드리니, 어려우시면 언제든 이메일로 문의해 주세요.

There are two ways to pay for an EduExcellence program. Please choose whichever is easier for you — and email us any time if you would like help.

1) 카드 결제 (일반 프로그램) · Card payment (standard programs)

신청 후 이메일로 받으신 결제 링크를 열어 주세요.
Open the payment link we email you after your application.
해외 결제가 가능한 카드(Visa·Mastercard·Amex 표시가 있는 카드)로 결제합니다. 국내전용 카드는 해외 결제가 되지 않습니다.
Pay with a card that works for international online payments (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex). Some domestic-only cards cannot be used outside their home country.
금액은 미국 달러(USD)로 표시되고, 카드 명세서에는 결제일 환율로 환산되어 청구됩니다. 한국에서 결제하시는 경우 표시 가격에 부가세가 포함되어 있어, 결제 단계에서 금액이 더 붙지 않습니다.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Your card statement will show the amount converted at that day's exchange rate. For payments from Korea, the listed price already includes VAT, so nothing is added at checkout.
금액이 큰 경우 카드사에서 본인 확인 전화나 문자가 올 수 있습니다. 미리 카드사에 해외 온라인 결제 예정이라고 알려 두시면 승인 거절을 줄일 수 있습니다.
For larger amounts, your card issuer may call or text you to confirm the payment. Letting your issuer know in advance that you plan an international online payment helps avoid a decline.

원장 직속지도 프로그램 등 큰 금액은 은행 송금으로 안내해 드립니다.

For large amounts, such as the Director-Led Program, we guide you through a bank transfer.

상담 신청을 하시면, 이메일로 인보이스(청구서)를 보내 드립니다. 송금에 필요한 은행 정보는 인보이스에 적혀 있습니다.
After you apply, we email you an invoice. The bank details for the transfer are printed on the invoice.
이용하시는 은행의 앱이나 창구에서 해외송금(미국 · USD)을 선택하고, 인보이스의 정보를 그대로 입력해 주세요.
At your bank (app or branch), choose an international transfer to the United States in USD, and enter the invoice details exactly as shown.
수수료 부담 방식은 "송금인 전액 부담"으로 선택해 주세요. 그래야 인보이스 금액이 그대로 도착합니다. 송금 수수료는 보통 30~50달러 수준입니다.
Please select the option where the sender covers all transfer fees (often called "OUR"), so the invoiced amount arrives in full. Transfer fees are usually around $30–50.
송금을 마치신 뒤 확인증(영수증)을 이메일로 보내 주시면 확인이 빠릅니다.
Sending us the transfer receipt by email helps us confirm your payment faster.
입금까지는 영업일 기준 1~3일 정도 걸립니다. 입금이 확인되면 바로 메일로 알려 드리고 서비스를 시작합니다.
Transfers usually arrive within 1–3 business days. As soon as we confirm receipt, we email you and your service begins.

송금하실 때 송금인 이름은 신청하신 학부모님 이름과 같게 해 주세요.

Please use the same name for the sender as on your application.

결제가 완료되면 확인 이메일을 보내 드립니다. · We email a confirmation as soon as your payment is confirmed.
환불은 계약 시 안내해 드리는 환불 규정에 따릅니다. · Refunds follow the refund policy provided with your agreement.
